3D Theatre to wow ISE audiences for third successive year21 January 2013
The session programme, organised as in previous years by independent Consulting and Training Centre 3D-CC, is the same for all three days of ISE 2013, enabling visitors to attend the session(s) of their choice at a time that fits their schedule. Each presentation will focus on a different vertical market. These will include education and training, advertising, digital signage, museums and showrooms, as well as 3D sound.
As part of the morning session, Jerome Hamacher from Volfoni will discuss 3D in Education and Training, explaining how 3D technology increases attention and raises classroom understanding to produce higher productivity. He will also advise on how to choose the right 3D components for different conditions of use.
Later on, Philips Public Signage, Dimenco and Aneo Systems will present a session on 3D in Advertising, Digital Signage and Museums, looking at both passive and interactive technologies.
In the afternoon, speakers from LGE and friendlyway AG will look at glasses-based 3D enabled videowalls, which can be applied to conference, control and show rooms as well as events and trade shows that want a 24/7 application. This case study will include full HD demo content. Wolfvision will then provide an assessment of 3D as an option for videoconferencing and telepresence as well as local object presentations, and shortly after that, Tom Black from Alcons Audio will provide technological updates and practical demonstrations in the session on ‘3D Sound’.
The 3D Theatre can be found in rooms E105 and E106 alongside Hall 10 of the Amsterdam RAI. All sessions are free to attend, but space is limited and visitors are advised to arrive early for the session(s) of their choice.
